Commercial & Experience Manager

My client based in Reading are seeking a high-calibre Commercial & Experience Manager to lead this standout location, delivering exceptional customer experiences alongside strong commercial performance.

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + benefits

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for P&L, operational excellence, and revenue growth—particularly across coworking memberships and meetings & events. You’ll set the tone for a best-in-class environment, ensuring every detail reflects the premium nature of the space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and exceed revenue targets, budgets, and KPIs
• Maximise income from coworking, meetings, and events
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing on-site team
• Deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience
• Oversee day-to-day operations, facilities, and supplier management
• Ensure full compliance with H&S, GDPR, AML, and company policies
• Act as the senior escalation point for customer and operational matters

About You:

• Proven experience in premium hospitality or events
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
• An exceptional leader with polished communication and stakeholder skills
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and solutions-focused
• Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting
