      <description>Location: Colchester | Salary: &amp;pound;27000 - &amp;pound;31000/annum | Type: Permanent | A client of ours in the West Mersea area are recruiting a Commercial Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 4:00pm. Paying -27,000 - -31,000 per annum depending on experience.   In this newly created role, key duties include but are not limited to:     Prepare and format professional quotation and proposal documents  Create and maintain New Order Forms and estimate records  Manage submissions through client portals and tender platforms  Keep the CRM current and produce monthly KPI reports  Write and maintain standard operating procedures  Coordinate inputs across commercial, finance, and project management teams.    Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Commercial Administrator   position:    Excellent communication skills  Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines  Confident with systems and documents, comfortable learning new platforms  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel  Experience in coordination, admin or commercial support  Building and construction or engineering industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
