Commercial Administrator - Temp to Perm

Location: Northampton (Hybrid)

Salary: -26,000 - -30,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join a leading engineering and infrastructure support services provider. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity to become an integral part of a team that maintains and enhances crucial national infrastructure.

You will play a key role in supporting contracts for PFI (Private Finance Initiative) schools and a vital mental health contract. While you''ll be based out of our Northampton office, your work will cover both Northampton and Birmingham, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating and chasing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintaining and updating various spreadsheets.
• Coordinating work and project tasks.
• Liaising with contractors and other stakeholders.
• Handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth contract operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, and great communication skills.

This role offers an immediate start and a clear pathway to a permanent position.

Work Schedule:

• 4 or 5 days per week in the office.
