Commercial AccountantLocation: Burton upon TrentSalary: 40,000 - 55,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting for a Management Accountant / Commercial Accountant to join an established finance team in Burton upon Trent.The role will have a strong focus on costing, commercial analysis and business partnering, working closely with the Cost Accountant and wider business to support key projects and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyse management accounts and financial informationSupport costing activities and provide analysis on costs and marginsWork closely with the Cost Accountant to provide additional supportBusiness partner with operational and commercial stakeholdersAssist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisProvide financial insight to support business decisionsSupport key commercial and operational projectsIdentify opportunities to improve financial performance and processesContribute to a collaborative and well-rounded finance teamRequirementsStrong costing experience is essentialGood understanding of management accounts and financial analysisCommercially minded with strong business partnering skillsConfident communicator with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholdersStrong Excel skillsProactive, analytical and able to work collaborativelyACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification is desirable but not essentialCandidates qualified by experience or currently studying towards a qualification will also be ..... full job details .....
