Commercial AccountantLincoln £60,000 to £75,000Blusource Recruitment are recruiting a Commercial Accountant for an established organisation.This is a broad commercial finance opportunity where you will spend much of your time working with people across the organisation, helping them understand the financial picture and supporting them in making well informed decisions.Rather than being focused purely on producing numbers, you will be expected to understand what is happening across different areas, ask the right questions and help managers understand the financial impact of their decisions.The role will include:Working closely with managers across the organisationHelping stakeholders understand how their area is performing financiallySupporting budgets and regular financial projectionsLooking into movements in financial performance and explaining what sits behind themProducing useful financial analysis to support management decisionsHelping managers understand the financial implications of different optionsProviding finance input into new ideas, projects and expenditureImproving the quality and usefulness of management informationHelping develop more efficient ways of producing and sharing financial informationEncouraging greater financial understanding amongst colleagues outside of financeYou will need a strong grounding in management or commercial finance and previous experience of working directly with people outside of the finance function.The ability to communicate is ..... full job details .....
