Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse commercial portfolio, including New Business, Renewals and MTAs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders. Provide clear, professional advice on cover, terms and risk placement. Prepare and issue documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Work closely with Account Executives to support client retention and growth. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures. About You Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within SME/Corporate or similar commercial lines. Confident handling policies such as Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Liability, Motor/Fleet and Package products. Strong communication skills with a client-first approach. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience using Acturis essential.
