This is an opportunity to put your commercial insurance knowledge and relationship-building skills to work in a role covering new business, renewals and customer enquiries. The role You''ll help small and medium-sized businesses protect their assets and liabilities, guiding customers through their insurance options and providing clear, helpful advice over the telephone. Your responsibilities will include: Handling incoming sales calls and customer enquiries. Preparing and issuing quotations, new business and renewal documentation. Following up leads and making outbound calls to convert opportunities. Understanding customers'' insurance requirements and arranging appropriate cover.
