As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a varied portfolio of commercial clients, providing first-class service and supporting the Director with the day-to-day management of accounts.

You'll work across a broad range of commercial insurance products including:

• Commercial Combined
• Property Owners
• Shop Insurance
• Technology Risks
• Engineering Insurance
• Liability
• Motor Fleet
• And other commercial classes

This is a client-focused role where you'll build lasting relationships, handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, negotiate with insurers and ensure clients receive the highest levels of service and advice.

• A minimum of 3 years' commercial insurance experience within a broking environment
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
• Experience managing client relationships and servicing accounts
• Acturis experience would be advantageous
• Working towards CII qualifications would be beneficial, although not essential
• A professional, self-motivated and organised approach
• Someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload
