Key Responsibilities: As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate policy management and excellent client service. - Client Portfolio Management: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business for commercial clients, with premiums typically ranging from £10k-£20k. - Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact, providing clear advice and resolving client queries efficiently. - Policy Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service across the commercial portfolio.
