This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with commercial insurance experience who enjoys managing client relationships, handling a varied portfolio of SME business, and delivering exceptional service. Working within a specialist SME team, you will support clients across a broad range of package and commercial combined insurance products, ensuring policies are administered accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Client Service and Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients. Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally. Understand clients'' insurance requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Support client retention through excellent service delivery. Assist with policy renewals, adjustments, and ongoing servicing requirements. Policy Administration Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Prepare and issue accurate policy documentation. Maintain accurate and compliant client records. Ensure all administration is completed within agreed service standards.
