The role is designed to support clients with their day-to-dayneeds - including mid-term adjustments, document queries andrenewal reviews - while also helping our Account Executives withrenewal preparation and new business quotations. You''ll play akey part in keeping workloads balanced across the team, helpingto ensure clients continue to receive the high level of servicethey''re used to. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assisting clients with renewals and new businessquotations, managing relationships with key stakeholders anddelivering outstanding service • Proactively building a pipeline of referrals fromexisting clients to generate new business • Working with clients to review and develop their cover,ensuring they have the right level of protection • Liaising with the broking and support teams to ensure alldocumentation is accurate • Negotiating with Underwriters as required to secure thebest available terms • Working in a compliant and timely manner across all cases • Helping to achieve retention levels and income targets • Working with the regional management team to supportbusiness objectives and the development of colleagues DAY-TO-DAY • You''ll join a close-knit, highly motivated team thatlooks after each other as well as its clients • A negotiable ..... full job details .....
