Commercial Account Handler (Insurance)

We''re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join an established and supportive team based in Winchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial insurance experience who enjoys building long-term client relationships and managing an existing portfolio. The Role You''ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients. Importantly, there is no new business target for this role. The focus is on providing excellent service, managing renewals and mid-term adjustments, and developing strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities Manage an established portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Handle renewals from initial preparation through to completion. Manage mid-term adjustments and client queries efficiently. Prepare and present appropriate insurance solutions to clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Ensure client records and documentation are accurate and up to date. Provide a high standard of customer service and manage complaints appropriately. Ensure all activity is carried out in line with FCA regulations and industry requirements. Maintain a strong understanding of Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and relevant FCA requirements. Keep up to date with market developments, client industries and insurance products.
