You''ll support established Account Executives and the Regional Director, managing a varied portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients with larger, more complex risks. You''ll also gain direct client exposure through meetings, helping you develop the technical and relationship-management skills needed to progress towards an Account Executive role. Key Responsibilities Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations across varied commercial risks from inception to completion, giving you total ownership of your account base and direct influence over placement strategy.
