Commercial Account Handler Salary: £30,000 £35,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: Fully Remote / Home-Based Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Holiday: 25 days plus UK Bank Holidays The Role Our client is a growing commercial insurance brokerage looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their business on a fully remote basis. You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, overseeing renewals, mid-term adjustments and day-to-day enquiries while working directly with insurers and underwriters to secure appropriate cover. Alongside account management, you will play an important role in developing the business by identifying opportunities to win new clients, cross-sell additional insurance products and strengthen existing relationships to support renewals and client retention. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will receive support as you become familiar with the portfolio and processes, with the opportunity to develop greater autonomy and responsibility as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing a high standard of service and acting as their main point of contact.
