Account Executive - Commercial InsuranceI''m currently working with a well-established insurance brokerage that is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join its commercial team. This opportunity is based in either Leeds and offers a hybrid working arrangement.The successful individual will inherit an established portfolio of long-standing commercial clients, with a clear focus on retention, development and growth. Supported by a team of experienced Account Handlers, the role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging, retaining and developing an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Presenting insurance and risk management solutions to secure renewals and win new business. Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Generating new business through both company-provided leads and personal prospecting activity. Achieving agreed targets relating to quotes, sales and income generation. Developing a thorough understanding of clients'' operations, risks and insurance requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders. Ensuring all activity is compliant with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
