The Role Focus on mid-market commercial clients (no SME or personal lines) Premium sizes typically £10,000 £100,000 GWP Broad exposure to all classes of commercial insurance (excluding motor and package) Receive warm opportunities from a highly effective lead generation team your focus will be on converting and growing long-term relationships Tech-driven business heavy use of Acturis and AI, structured, efficient processes Office-based role with a collaborative, supportive team What They re Looking For Proven experience in commercial insurance Confident handling a range of commercial products Tech-savvy, structured and organised Proactive and sales-driven, with the ability to convert warm leads into long-term clients Adaptable and aligned with a forward-thinking, ethical culture Rewards and Progression £40,000 £50,000 basic salary Quarterly bonus 7.5% of all new business New business and renewal bonus Share scheme eligibility after 12 months Realistic earnings up to £90,000 once your book is established (c. £300,000 £350,000) 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with ability to buy back holiday) Pension scheme Flexible, people-first culture with trust and autonomy Why This Role?
