The Role:

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial business insurance clients.

• Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance products.

• Mentor and support junior team members.

• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, specifically within commercial insurance.

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• A confident and proactive approach to business development.

• Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) would be advantageous.
