Over the past 12 years, the Cardiff office has experienced significant growth, and this role is key to supporting their next phase of expansion. Working closely with the Development Director, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients while driving new business across a diverse client portfolio ranging from local sole traders to corporate CEOs and Managing Directors. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with commercial B2B clients across various industry sectors. Drive new business development through local community engagement, active networking, targeted marketing, and face-to-face client meetings.
