Combat Systems Requirements Engineer - New Malden (Hybrid)

We''re looking for a Combat Systems Requirements Engineer to help shape the next generation of naval combat system capability. If you enjoy translating complex technical requirements into real world system behaviour and collaborating with operators, engineers, and software teams, this role will suit you well.
What You''ll Do

  • Define and interpret system requirements for naval platforms
  • Support solution design and validation
  • Work with Royal Navy operators and SMEs to shape system behaviour
  • Review and critique software development outputs
  • Contribute to system design, operability, and capability development

What You Bring

  • Experience in requirements analysis
  • Background in combat systems (user or developer)
  • Strong IT literacy
  • STEM degree or equivalent experience
  • Bonus: Naval experience, software development understanding, large-scale engineering exposure
