Avanti Recruitment is seeking  a Combat Systems Maintainer to support a high-tech naval training facility. You’ll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational readiness of complex combat system equipment used in simulation and training environments.

Required:

• Maintain and support simulated combat systems
• Fault-finding, diagnostics, and system setup          
• Keep systems operational to meet daily training demand
• Liaise with engineers, trainers, and stakeholders
• Royal Navy or defence sector background (submarine or surface fleet)

Desirable

• Simulator or training environment experience
• Background as a CPO, Ops Room Engineer, or Sensors Group Head
