Collibra Ranger / SME

We are seeking a Collibra Ranger / SME to drive the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of a data governance framework using the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. This role will act as the bridge between business, data, and technology teams, ensuring that data assets are well-governed, discoverable, and trusted across the organisation. Configure, manage, and optimise the Collibra Data Intelligence PlatformMaintain communities, domains, assets, and workflowsEnsure metadata is structured, consistent, and aligned to governance standardsSupport and enforce data governance policies, standards, and frameworksCollaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Business SMEsFacilitate governance forums and decision-making processesOversee the data catalogue lifecycle (onboarding, classification, enrichment)Define and maintain business glossaries and data definitionsEnsure lineage, ownership, and classification are captured accuratelyAct as a Collibra champion ("Ranger") across the businessTrain and support users to increase platform adoptionTranslate business requirements into Collibra solutionsWork with data teams to monitor and improve data quality metricsSupport regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., POPIA, GDPR where applicable)Ensure audit readiness through proper governance controlsCollaborate with technical teams to integrate Collibra with:Data warehouses / data lakesBI tools (Power BI, Tableau)ETL/ELT pipelinesSupport API usage and automation where ..... full job details .....
