This is a visible, people-focused role helping to keep the campus safe and welcoming for students, staff and visitors. This is not an SIA door security or routine patrol role. The focus is on working with college students aged 16 and over: building rapport, maintaining a calm presence, responding to behaviour and helping de-escalate situations. There are also site safety duties, including CCTV monitoring and access control, but the college is looking for someone whose strength is working with young people.
