Collections Team Leader Annual Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + BonusLocation: Hatfield Office basedJob Type: Full-time - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week)Do you have experience managing teams, monitoring KPIs, supporting with basic HR and being motivational? Our client is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee and motivate a team of approximately 10 staff members. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is committed to achieving performance targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.Day-to-day of the role:Manage and motivate a team in line with performance targets.Set, monitor, and drive performance targets.Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.Carry out call monitoring, provide coaching, and offer constructive feedback.Handle disciplinary matters and conduct return-to-work interviews.Liaise with clients, lead client meetings, and provide performance updates.Collaborate with other Team Leaders to ensure consistency and uniformity.Identify and implement improvements and innovative ideas.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong leadership and people management skillsAbility to motivate and develop a team in a target-driven environment.Confident communicator with a firm but fair approach to team management.Proactive, organised, and capable of taking initiative in various situations.Previous leadership experience in a performance-based environment is highly desirable. ..... full job details .....
