Collections team Leader

Your new role As Collections Team Leader, you will manage and develop a team of collections professionals responsible for recovering overdue payments and supporting customers through the arrears process.Key responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and motivating a collections team to achieve and exceed performance targets. Monitoring team performance against KPIs, SLAs and debt recovery objectives. Conducting regular quality assurance reviews of calls and correspondence to ensure compliance and service standards are maintained. Managing escalated customer cases, complaints and complex debt recovery situations. Supporting the development and implementation of effective collections strategies and process improvements. Producing management information, analysing collections performance data and reporting trends to senior stakeholders.
