Collections Supervisor Role (Full-time, Permanent)

Based in Altrincham center

Circa  £30,000

We are looking for a Collections Supervisor for a small family run business due to company expansion. Based in the heart of Altrincham, this is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for career and professional development but hasn’t yet come across the right opportunity. The company is dedicated to providing high standards of quality and meaningful engagement; therefore the ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven to succeed, have the ability to articulately write documents and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing and building KPIs.
• Supervising the collections team
• Debt recovery

What you’ll need:

• Articulate with strong communication skills
• Experience building and analysing KPIs
• Supervised a team of at least 2 employees
• Highly motivated and eager to develop
• B2C debt collection
