In this position, you''ll design, develop and deploy smart collections strategies that improve customer and commercial outcomes across different customer and account groups.You''ll use data and insight to understand performance, identify opportunities and continuously improve our approach through well-designed trials and champion-challenger activity. Your strategic thinking will be key, using your experience of collections and customer strategies to challenge existing approaches, spot opportunities and turn insight into action.You''ll work closely with colleagues across Analytics, Operations and Omni Channel to bring new strategies to life, understand their effectiveness and identify opportunities to simplify journeys, digitise processes and improve efficiency. While analytical tools such as SAS and SQL may support the role, we''re particularly interested in your ability to develop effective strategies, interpret insight and translate it into meaningful change.
