This is a hands-on role responsible for managing day-to-day collections activity and startegy across the full lifecycle of arrears and defaulted accounts, including full end-to-end ownership of the litigation process and 3rd party debt collection firms.   You will manage cases through to enforcement, ensuring strong performance while delivering fair customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements.
