You will work closely with finance teams, senior stakeholders, and client-facing professionals to minimise aged debt while maintaining strong professional relationships.Key responsibilities will include:Proactively managing and monitoring outstanding debtor balancesLiaising with finance teams and business stakeholders to ensure invoices are followed up promptlyIdentifying and escalating potential collection issues and payment delaysSupporting efforts to minimise aged debt, write-offs, and bad debt exposureProcessing approved credit notes, write-downs, and account adjustmentsWorking closely with cash management teams regarding payment allocationsProducing regular and ad-hoc collections reports for management and key stakeholdersMaintaining accurate records and providing timely updates on collection activityManaging multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting agreed deadlinesWhat you''ll ..... full job details .....
