Sewell Wallis is working with a well-established, financial services business based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, who are currently looking for a Collections Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis due to growth.In this Collections Administrator role you will be required to support and build relationships with customers and assessing their financial situation and coming up with appropriate solutions.What will you be doing? Ensure the current collections strategy is maintained and robustly followedProvide support to all customers in financial difficulties assessing customers on an individual basis and providing appropriate solutions to avoid potential harm and meet their short-, medium- or long-term needsComplete up to date financial statements e.g income and expenditure with customers as and when appropriateMonitor existing arrangements with customers to ensure agreements and timescales are being maintained. Manage and review as per current guidelines and mandate levels.Build strong relationships with customers, be able to identify and deal with vulnerability and gain an understanding of their current circumstances.What skills are we looking for?
