Our client is looking for a Calf Collection Team Manager to take charge of a busy national operation, leading the team responsible for calf collection centres and ensuring everything keeps moving in the right direction. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll support Collection Centre Managers, oversee the efficient movement of calves from dairy farms through to onward transport, and ensure the highest standards of animal welfare are maintained. Away from the centres, you''ll keep the wider operation running smoothly coordinating bookings, visiting suppliers, working with hauliers and preparing the team for the week ahead. You''ll also oversee farm software systems, so confidence with technology and data will be important. Key Responsibilities: Lead weekly operations across calf collection centres and drive high standards across the national team.
