Whether you have previous collections, sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience, we''d love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and unpaid invoices. Using a state-of-the-art auto-dialler system, you will work with customers to agree suitable payment arrangements while delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding debts and invoices.Negotiating payment dates and payment plans.Updating customer records and call outcomes accurately on the database.Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach during customer conversations.Working towards individual and team performance targets.Ensuring all customer interactions are compliant and accurately recorded.What We''re Looking ForConfident and professional telephone manner.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.Previous experience within ..... full job details .....
