      <description>Location: Ashford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job Description Sysco GB (whose operating companies are made up of Brakes, Fresh Direct, Kent Frozen Foods, Medina Foodservice, Campbells Prime Meat and Fairfax Meadow) are recruiting a Colleague Experience and Belonging Partner to join the HR function.Reporting to the Inclusion and Diversity Lead, you''ll play a key role in delivering projects and initiatives aligned to our HR and wider business strategies, with key responsibilities and deliverables centered on creating a culture of belonging and engagement, fulfilling commitments to colleague wellbeing and supporting the diversity, equity and inclusion agenda.This is an exciting, brand-new role which will have tangible impact on our people and our business.
