Job Description Sysco GB (whose operating companies are made up of Brakes, Fresh Direct, Kent Frozen Foods, Medina Foodservice, Campbells Prime Meat and Fairfax Meadow) are recruiting a Colleague Experience and Belonging Partner to join the HR function.Reporting to the Inclusion and Diversity Lead, you''ll play a key role in delivering projects and initiatives aligned to our HR and wider business strategies, with key responsibilities and deliverables centered on creating a culture of belonging and engagement, fulfilling commitments to colleague wellbeing and supporting the diversity, equity and inclusion agenda.This is an exciting, brand-new role which will have tangible impact on our people and our business. It''s a home-based role, however, will require some travel across the GB network to visit our sites and attend meetings etc.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Wellbeing:Improve awareness and visibility of the Mental Health First Aider network across Sysco GB and ensure the MHFA''s are set up for successSupport improvements in absence management capability, processes and practicesSupporting listening groups and driving a listening culture, ensuring action plans are collated and acted on, and measuring resultsTake ownership of expanding the wellbeing agenda based on data and insightsCommunications and Engagement: Take a lead role in communication of the annual self-ID campaign, where we ask colleagues to update their diversity data in Workday.
