This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse environment handling perishable cargo, including fish and other temperature-controlled goods. You will be working within a cold store facility (5 20 C), with full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided. Key Responsibilities As a Cold Store Operative, your duties will include: Loading and unloading vehicles carrying perishable cargo using a forklift truck and other mechanical equipment Carrying out manual handling duties where required Breaking down and building ULDs (including PAGs, PMCs and AKEs) Using hand-held scanning devices to locate and identify cargo Processing paperwork in line with client requirements Checking inbound cargo for discrepancies, damage, or areas of concern Picking and packing orders ready for delivery Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment Working collaboratively as part of an ...
