Working independently and reporting into the service management team, the Coffee Machine & Engineer will cover the South East and London (approximately once per week), delivering high-quality installations, servicing and repairs for commercial clients. Key responsibilities: Install and commission coffee machines and water coolers at client sites Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults Replace parts and consumables as required Conduct water quality, hygiene, and safety checks in line with company standards Complete service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients Manage a daily service schedule independently Ensure full compliance with health & safety and c...
