We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bar Manager for a busy city centre bar in Edinburgh.andnbsp; Someone who is passionate about cocktails is essential.andnbsp; You will be a Cocktail Bar Manager who has experience in other busy bars and understands the nature of the business.
You will be in charge of general running of the bar.andnbsp; With growth and development you have the option to move up if you can demonstrate wage control and sales initiative.andnbsp; There will be a bonusandnbsp;tied to sales to ensure you are rewarded for pushing the venueandrsquo;s marketing as well as operations.
This is a cocktail bar and so you will be a Cocktail Bar Manager who can train the team, design cocktails and menus and have ideas tied around cocktails.andnbsp; You will ensure that stock, wastage, wages are all controlled.andnbsp; You will report to a General Manager who oversees more than one site so you will often be on your own.andnbsp; Therefore we need a Cocktail Bar Manager who can manage people and control service.
