Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent (direct PAYE)
Pay: -21.00 - -23.56 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Role:
Shorterm Group is recruiting for an experienced Coach Builder / Accident Repairer to join our client in Croydon on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out body repairs and planned maintenance on company vehicles, ensuring they remain safe, roadworthy, and compliant with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform body repairs, welding, fabrication, sanding, prepping, painting, and panel/floor component replacement.
* Ensure all vehicles meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
* Reduce vehicle downtime and repair costs through efficient working methods.
* Promote and follow Health & Safety procedures.
* Provide flexibility to work at other company sites if required.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Coach Builder / Accident Repairer within a light vehicle, bus, or HGV workshop.
* Relevant qualifications in vehicle body repair or coach building.
* Skilled in welding and fabrication.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.

Salary & Benefits
* Hourly Rate: -20.00 - -23.56 (DOE)
* Hours: 38 per week, Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm
