Sector - Energy/Utilities/Telecoms - 15,000 plus employees Based in Stevenage/hybrid working Inside IR35 - six month contract - start 28th of Sept You will help turn the Copilot rollout from a licence deployment into a structured productivity and capability programme, ensuring the right users receive the right support, training, communications, use cases, governance, and feedback loops. You will work with the AI Portfolio Manager, AI Enablement and Adoption Lead, AI Solutions Lead, Technology teams, Microsoft partners, LandD, Communications, Security, Data Governance, and business sponsors to drive safe, measurable adoption of Copilot. You will help define personas, prioritise cohorts, build champions, capture use cases, monitor usage, gather feedback, and evidence value.
