Barker Ross are currently recruiting for Co-Pack Operatives to join a busy site in the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester (LE4).

This is a hands-on role working as part of a production and packing team, preparing a range of products for promotional campaigns.

The Role

Your duties will include:

- Re-packing crisps, oats and similar products into promotional boxes
- Working on production and packing lines
- Moving pallets around the warehouse/production area
- Palletising finished products
- Labelling products and boxes
- Making and preparing cardboard boxes
- General packing and production duties
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised

What We''re Looking For

- Previous warehouse, production, packing or factory experience is useful but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
- Able to work as part of a team
- Physically able to carry out the duties required
