The hours of work will be 8am - 5pm.Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include: Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, and project delivery in support of the Drainage team.The role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, surveyors, tradespeople, subcontractors, and internal teams.Responsible for maintaining high standards of communication, operational efficiency, and project documentation.Delivering an outstanding client experience and supporting the company s reputation for excellence.Manage incoming client inquiries and convert them into scheduled surveys and works.Book and coordinate drainage surveys, ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.Liaise closely with tradesmen to ensure they are briefed for all jobs and ..... full job details .....
