Co-Director (Finance, Fundraising and People)

We''re looking for a Co-Director to take the lead on Finance, Fundraising and People functions. Location: Hybrid, Bristol (60% onsite, open to negotiation where adjustments may be required) Salary: £54,550-£61,245 FTE, depending on experience Contract: Permanent, 0.8-1.0 FTE (30 or 37.5 hours) You''ll also receive 33 days'' annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata if part time), flexible working, an enhanced 5% pension contribution, an individual learning and development budget, clinical supervision and group reflective practice.
