We are currently supporting the business in their search for an enthusiastic CNC Wood Machinist / CNC Saw Operator to join their team. CNC Wood Machinist / CNC Saw Operator: Shift: Morning and afternoon shifts available Hours: 37.5 Hourly Rate: £13.25 - £14.50 p/h DOE + 10% shift allowance Key Responsibilities of the CNC Wood Machinist / CNC Saw Operator: Set and operate CNC machinery for the manufacture of wooden door components Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programmes Set tooling, offsets and machine parameters Produce components accurately and efficiently to required tolerances Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Requirements We would be keen to speak with CNC Wood Machinist / CNC Saw Operator Apprentice-trained or time-served in a similar role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with precision. Skilled in using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy. Experienced CNC Operator with wood.
