Working a four-day twilight shift, you'll play a key role in producing precision aluminium components within a modern, quality-focused environment. Responsibilities Set, prove and operate CNC Vertical Lathes. Read and interpret engineering drawings. Machine precision components to tight tolerances. Complete first-off inspections and in-process quality checks. Use micrometres, verniers, bore gauges and other measuring equipment. Monitor tooling performance and suggest process improvements. Record inspection results, downtime and scrap accurately. Support continuous improvement activities while maintaining high safety standards. Skills & Knowledge Required Previous experience as a CNC Vertical Lathe Setter/Operator or CNC Lathe Setter. Ability to read engineering drawings confidently.
