Job description for the cnc grinder or cnc universal grinder Setting and operating Jones and Shipman and Toyoda universal grinding machines.Product compliance through manufacture processing adherence.Maintaining quality of product to relevant quality standards using conventional measuring equipment.Basic programming ability would be useful but not essential Key Skills required for the cnc grinder or cnc universal grinder Qualified in mechanical engineering, minimum two years'' experience of performing CNC Machining operations preferably within an Aerospace environment.Competent in accurately interpreting customer drawings and specifications, manufacturing route cards, process instructions. Competent in using all types of standard measuring equipment (Micrometres, Vernier''s, Shadowgraph and hard gauging etc.) Ability to load and set proved out programs.Ability to program would be an advantage but not essential for this role.
