This is a hands-on leadership role for a CNC Turning Team Leader where you''ll support the Production Manager in delivering the production schedule, leading a team of CNC machinists, and driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement across the department. Lead and support the CNC Turning team on a daily basis. Ensure production targets and customer delivery dates are achieved. Monitor workflow and help resolve production issues. Promote health & safety, quality and company standards. Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 6S and Root Cause Analysis. Assist with training, performance reviews and team development.
