A leading precision engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced CNC Turning Team Leader to join its growing production team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a CNC Turning Team Leader where you''ll support the Production Manager in delivering the production schedule, leading a team of CNC machinists, and driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement across the department.

• Lead and support the CNC Turning team on a daily basis.
• Ensure production targets and customer delivery dates are achieved.
• Monitor workflow and help resolve production issues.
• Promote health & safety, quality and company standards.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 6S and Root Cause Analysis.
• Assist with training, performance reviews and team development.
• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Previous CNC Turning experience.
• Team Leader or Supervisory experience within manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and teamwork.
