Due to investment and exciting future plans they are now expanding their operations in Leicester, by adding new engineers and moving into a new larger premisesThe Role Working on CNC Turning Machines producing parts to tight tolerancesProgramming from Drawings Online using Fanuc ControllersLoading pre-existing programs and ensuring set ups are accurate and offsetsEnsure all tooling is correct and fit for purposeChecking first offs ensuring batches are manufactured correctlyEnsuring all job cards and paperwork are completed per operation About You Preferably be apprentice trained CandG/NVQAble to interpret engineering drawings and programHave expert knowledge of Fanuc controller and G codesBe able to set and operate machine tools (Haas)Have experience of live tooling (Ideally)Ideally have additional experience of CNC Milling (not essential)Be able to use a micrometer, callipers and other measurement tools Your Reward Excellent starting salary with annual pay risesAnnual Bonus up to 10%Above market ovetime ratesEnhanced ..... full job details .....
