This list is not exhaustive, and a flexible approach is required as you may occasionally be asked to assist in other areas of the business.Fully support the CNC Turning area in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the company''s CNC Turning machine centres. Program, Set and Operate the company''s multi-axis CNC Turning MachinesCreate new CNC programs and modify existing programs to meet engineering drawing requirementsInterpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions accurately.Carry out first-off inspections and ongoing in-process quality checks to ensure components meet specification.Select, maintain and manage cutting tools, fixtures and equipment to ensure maximum machine efficiency.Ensure all tooling, equipment and work holding are maintained and readily availableComplete all required production documentation and ensure correct identification and movement of products throughout the manufacturing process.Maintain ..... full job details .....
