This is what you''ll be doing: Programme, set and operate CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision components in line with engineering drawings and required tolerances. Machine a range of specialist materials, including Inconel, Super Duplex and other heat-resistant super alloys. Create, save and edit CNC programmes using Fanuc controls, selecting appropriate cutting tools and machining conditions. Self-inspect completed work using a range of metrology equipment, following first-off inspection procedures and maintaining all required documentation.
