Responsibilities Set and program FANUC-controlled lathes, including Citizen, Miyano and DMG Mori machines.Produce precision components from engineering drawings and specifications.Carry out quality checks using precision measuring equipment and gauges.Complete inspection records and interpret tooling sheets.Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, health and safety.Keep the machining area clean, organised and compliant with company standards. Skills and Knowledge Required Proven experience as a CNC Turner, ideally with 5+ years'' experience.Strong FANUC setting and programming experience.Experience working to tight tolerances.Good understanding of machining principles and techniques.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is highly desirable.Strong ..... full job details .....
